Kelly Link's collection Stranger Things Happen was a Salon Book of the Year and a Village Voice Favorite. Her short fiction has been published in Conjunctions, The Year's Best Fantasy and Horror, Fence, Asimov's, and is forthcoming in McSweeney's. She has won a World Fantasy Award, a Nebula, and the James Tiptree, Jr. Award, and with her husband, Gavin J. Grant, is the coeditor of Small Beer Press and the zine Lady Churchill's Rosebud Wristlet.

Kelly is a graduate of Columbia University and has an MFA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is the editor of the new anthology, Trampoline, for Small Beer Press, and continues to work on more short stories. She is a freelance editor for the Online Writing Workshop, and lives in Northampton, Massachusetts. She once won a free trip around the world by answering the question “Why do you want to go around the world?” She wrote, “Because you can't go through it.”
